I really don't know what to write about expect for the fact that I have shingles and it's no fun. I have them on my right waist or rib area and they burn and itch badly but sort of from the inside out. I may have some new spots on my legs also but not sure. Hopefully the are just red welts and will not turn into pimples, but I'm afraid it's looking more like shingles every day. None of my grand kids from across the street have had chicken pox so they are staying away as they are from the chicken pox so they are staying away from me until this completely dries up and I'm not sure how long that's going to take. Just when I started going to the Y and now I can't go there either.
