Monday

I have been really enjoying the nicer weather even if it hasn't been really warm. At least the sun has been shining and it's been nice out. I can handle that. Warmer weather will come soon.

We had a nice weekend. Didn't do anything on Saturday, but on Sunday we went over our son's for dinner to celebrate some birthdays and a confirmation that we missed. It was really nice, all the kids were there and the other Grandma was there and we had a very nice time. The kids are getting so big, with Jonathan now being 18, he just seems so much older and then they all seem older. Jake turned 15 and Alex is 16 plus and little Olivia will be 4 this summer. Makes me feel older too. They are remodeling their basement and we'd been anxious to see how it was coming and is it going to be nice when they are finished. It's so big. They will have a huge laundry space, a full tiled bathroom, an exercise room, a play room for Olivia and another room for the play station and then the big family room will have 3 sections that will include a pool table a family room and a bar area. It's going to be really nice and will really add to an already big house but with 8 kids they need it. They still have allot of work to do before it will be finished but wow, when it's finished it sure will be nice. They have a guy working on it and Terry said he was really doing a nice job and that when he is finished maybe he could come and help us finish ours. That would really be nice. Terry's been working on it but it's really been putting a strain on his shoulder and the work has been slow. He really shouldn't be doing it, but I can't stop him.

Well today I'm changing the linens and doing laundry and doing some dusting and just catching up on a few things here and there. Hope everyone has a nice day. Hugs.
